Marcos was very receptive to what I was looking for (also perceptive) and very helpful in explaining the options. His estimate was more affordable than those of other two companies, and they finished on budget and on schedule. Always on time and very careful about waste and cleaning. At the end I noticed a few small issues and Marcos had them fixed up right away. Overall a hassle-free experience.
